Tour dell’Accademia

Join a tour for a closer look into the American Academy in Rome, a leading center for independent research in the arts and humanities for over 125 years.

Guided tours are scheduled on Wednesdays at 10:00am in English and Italian.

Visitors will be taken on a thirty-minute tour of the Academy’s historic McKim, Mead & White Building, including the Arthur and Janet C. Ross Library and Bass Garden.

Tours are offered free of charge; however, capacity is limited to ten people, so please register in advance. Tours begin promptly at the time indicated, and all visitors are required to stay with their guide.

At present, access to the Academy requires the presentation of a valid photo ID and a Super Green Pass or equivalent (i.e., CDC vaccination card). FFP2 masks will be required during the tour.

Private Tours for Groups
